Self Portrait

For this project I wanted to create vector art out of a self portrait. I do a lot of make up looks in my spare
time and so i've taken a lot of self portraits to document them. This one was candy inspired look that I
did. I used colors and simple shapes to re-create the self portrait. I use a modified color palette from the
original image to make it more cohesive. I also used the opacity tool for highlights and shadows. To
better create the illusion of the rainbow eyeshadow I used the ombre color effect. To create the illusion
of glitter I used the shape tool to make really tiny stars. I believe I'm really getting used to using
illustrator as I have figured out a lot of what I struggled with in assignment one.
